The store is designed and operated as a service for oil changes and quick interventions on vehicles. It is equipped with 3 workplaces that include channels along the entire length of the building and roller doors for all three channels for entry and exit so that there can be 2 (or 3 shorter vehicles) on one channel without disturbing the function of entry and exit of vehicles after the work is done. The channels have a standard depth for working on vehicles as well as protective grates for movement through the facility.

The working area is 140 m2 and next to it there is an additional 30 m2 in 3 rooms - one as a warehouse and the other as an office and the third is a toilet. The entire space is covered by cameras that register movements and then activate recording of the space and can be connected to the phone to have an overview of the situation.

The stated price is on a monthly basis, but the owner accepts cooperation only with tenants for a longer period, in the case of payment for a longer period, a correction of the monthly rent price is possible.

Agency commission is 50% of one month's rent.
