Land in Dobanovci, 12 plots along the Belgrade-Zagreb highway, viewed from the left side in the direction of Zagreb, just behind the Dobanovačka petlje, total area 188,607m2, of which 172,051m2 is owned by DCLS 1/1, and the rest are parts of the plots where they are co-owners with 50%. The plots are connected (all but one) and are located directly next to the asphalt road Dobanovci - Grmovac (which runs parallel to the highway) at the very exit from Dobanovci. The plots can be reached from the highway via the Dobanovačka loop from both directions. According to the general regulation plan (adopted in 2015) in this area, economic and commercial activities are planned. The plan covers all the mentioned plots. A detailed regulation plan is not required.

The agency commission is 2%.
